No Tools Installation! Standard 540RPM 6-spline 1 3/8" spline diameter. FITS ALL YANMAR, DEERE, KUBOTA, AND OTHERS, TRACTORS UP TO 40 HORSEPOWER.
Different Styles
There are basically 2 styles of over-running clutches. There is this "quick detach" style where you can remove and attach in literally seconds.
Then there is the "roll pin" style where the clutch is secured to the tractor with a roll pin driven through the clutch and a hole in your PTO shaft.
Which is better? It comes down to what you want to do. Over-running clutches are not used on things like tillers, post hole diggers, spreaders and things like that. If you ever plan on removing the clutch then go with a quick disconnect. The roll-pin style can take quite a while to remove(30 minutes or more) because you have to remove the grease fittings, align the holes, and drive out a roll pin.
There are just not a lot of good reasons to buy the roll pin style - that is why we don"t really sell them.
OR-660
You must also be sure that your PTO shaft is not too long! You need to have about an 8" gap(on average - all situations are different) between your collapsed shaft and the overrunning coupler when the mower is on the ground. This way when you raise the mower the shaft can telescope and not get in a bind.
