Important Safety Warning
A tractor can be an amazing tool but, like any other powerful tool, it can also be extremely dangerous if you do not operate it properly and safely. The most common dangers of operating a tractor are rollovers, runovers, and PTO entanglement (though there are many other dangers).
PLEASE take a minute to read through this short article on the NASD website regarding tractor safety... even if you are an experienced tractor operator.
NEVER let anyone borrow or operate your tractor without first requiring them to read this article.
Gray market tractors have special safety considerations that you can find in Yanmar's Gray Market Safety Notice. Please understand those warnings, update your tractor to include the recomended safety items (such as a ROPS, over-running clutch, safety shields, english decals, and safety switch) and explain the warnings to anyone that operates your tractor.
Always install proper safety equipment including a certified ROPS and always wear your seatbelt!
