We appreciate your business and will do our best to keep it. We realize that everyone needs to return things from time to time. You are always welcome to send any item back that you do not want for any reason as long as it is in new, unused condition. We do require that you get a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number before sending back anything. This helps us track returns & expedite your refund. Please email us for this return number.
All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (our competitors charge 25%). This fee is to help us cover three expenses:
Returns for sales older than 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This charge is higher because, after 30 days, we have re-ordered the parts that you are sending back and we will now have more of those items on our shelves than we need.
Depending on the item, orders older than 60 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
We will charge an additional 15% repacking fee for items that are not returned in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition, or dirty or greasy. If an item is not in its original packaging and does not look new we can no longer sell it as a new part. Please be sure to package your return carefully and insure it if worth over $100!
We will not refund shipping charges for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
Electrical Parts can not be returned for a refund if they have installed, hooked up, or used in any way. If an electrical part is defective (not hooked up wrong or abused) we will replace or repair it. Most electrical parts carry a 90 day defect warranty.
Special Order Parts- Our suppliers all charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns. If a part has been specially ordered for you and we have to return it we will will be forced to pass along that charge.
Custom made parts & manuals on CD may not be returned once they have been made.
Defective Parts- If a part is found to be defective we will either repair it or exchange it for a new part at no cost to you.
Used Parts- Many of the used parts that we sell are removed from working assemblies. Because of the cost of the labor involved in removing these parts for you, we can not accept any used parts returns. All used parts will be inspected for wear and damage and will be photographed before shipping to guarantee that they are in good working condition.
Core Deposits / Core Charges- Cores must be in rebuildable condition unless otherwise noted. Cores must be returned within 60 days of purchase in order to get reimbursed.
The parts that we sell are designed to fit the equipment as it was sold by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred while returning parts that do not fit a tractor that has been modified.
All of our items carry a manufacturer's defect warranty of 90days unless otherwise specified. Defect warranties do not cover abuse or misuse.
PrivacyWe take every precaution to ensure that any information you send us is stored in a secure manner. We will never sell, trade, or distribute any of your information. Our web site uses the most secure encryption technology currently available. There has never been a single reported case of credit card theft from a secure website purchase anywhere in the world. You are much more likely to have your information stolen from an intercepted phone call than a secure internet order.
ShippingAll orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. While UPS may be slightly more expensive than the Postal Service, we have found it to be much more reliable. If, for some reason, you can not receive shipments via UPS, please let us know and other arrangements can be made. Any orders returned to us labeled "RETURNED TO SENDER", returned due to an incorrect address, or any order that has an invalid or incorrect address will be charged a $10 UPS "Return To Sender" fee plus the actual shipping cost for the return shipping. Please double check your address before placing the order. If you change your mind and do not want the part do NOT "Return To Sender". Give us a call, get an RMA number and then send it back. It will save you a lot of money.
UPS delivers Monday through Friday. If you need an item delivered to you on Saturday please call us by 11am Central Time on Friday. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
From time to time we may offer a free shipping program. These free shipping offers are valid on UPS ground shipments to the continental US (excluding AK, HI, PR) only and do not include truck freight parts, used parts, tiller tines, tires, wheels, weights, or parts that have to be special ordered or shipped from multiple locations. If a part of the order or the complete order is returned you will be charged the actual shipping price for that shipment.
