That is a common problem with those tractors. You have a category 1 but with a narrower width than standard. You have a couple options:

- you can adapt the system to use a normal sway chain

instead of the fixed sway bar. That should allow you to go a little wider. You will have to adapt something like this-

- you can widen your rear axle using our new spacers

- you can flip the pins on your implement to the inside. This usually will get you narrow enough that you can hook up the arms.  

- or a combination of the above.
