New Injection Pump Will Not Pump Fuel

If your new injection pump will not pump fuel it might be because the pump is air-locked. To fix this just unscrew (1 turn... not all the way out) the fittings highlighted in the attached picture. Crank the engine for ten seconds then tighten the fittings back up.  

ALSO... be sure that you re-use your old supply line bolt (the bolt that connects your fuel supply line to the injection pump). The new pump comes with a shipping plug bolt that does not typically have holes in it for the fuel to flow through.
